Handling candidate support

While completing their assignment, candidates might run into a problem.

They have an extensive troubleshooting guide at their disposal. However, sometimes they need help from a human. In that case, they should open a GitHub issue on their repository.

The recommended support procedure is as follows:

  1. Read the question and try to answer by yourself.
  2. If you don't know the answer, check out Troubleshooting.
  3. If the guides didn't help, ask your question using the help widget in the web app to get assistance from the DevSkills team.
